1st – Overall On-Hook trade weight class
5 Pens of White Suffolk lambs were all sired by Smithston rams.

Success for Glen Innes High School with Smithston Steer
A Charolais x Angus steer bred by Smithston Farms was purchased by Glen Innes High School with plans to present him at Brisbane show in August 2016.
With over 300 entries the steer performed with amazing success, winning Champion middle weight class on the hook, then went on to win reserve champion carcase over all.
This is a terrific result and Glen Innes High School should be proud of their achievement.
Success at Sydney Royal
Smithston Border Leicesters won 1st place in 2016 in the District Exhibit category at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
They have also previously performed very well at Sydney Royal Show, taking home many blue ribbons, including Champion Fleece in 2013.
